Our in-depth hypopressives training runs over several weeks and includes a training weekend.
This course focuses on how to teach hypopressives for pelvic health - based on our own data-supported and highly successful Create Lift Programme ®.
Following the course assessments, you'll be certified as a Hypopressives Trainer with a special interest in pelvic health and can apply to join our Create Lift Programme ® coaching team after qualifying.

Hi, I'm Alice!
Create Lift Hypopressives will equip you with the skills and expertise you need to deliver the highest standard of coaching in hypopressives for pelvic health.
This unique training course is based on years of teaching experience and data collection from our Create Lift Programme ®, a specialist symptom improvement programme for women with prolapse, incontinence and other pelvic floor symptoms. I'll be showing you step-by-step how to deliver a symptom improvement programme that gets outstanding results for your clients.
After the course, you can choose to join our coaching team as a Create Lift Programme ® Coach and enjoy ongoing support and training in our incredible community of healthcare and fitness professionals. We have a thriving network of coaches who are working to the highest standards in the industry.
