Hi, I'm Alice!
Our Hypopressives for Pelvic Health Training Course will equip you with the skills and expertise you need to deliver the highest standard of coaching in hypopressives for pelvic health.
My qualifications include BSc (hons) Adult Nursing, with a professional background in gynaecology and sexual health specialist nursing. I'm a fully certified hypopressives instructor, and have specialised in hypopressives for pelvic health, working with hundreds of women with pelvic floor dysfunction and last year publishing a Service Evaluation looking at the experiences of women accessing our hypopressives service and their pelvic health outcomes and experiences. This is the first publication in the UK by a private hypopressives provider, and details the data that supports the hypopressives methodology we use.
We run Hypopressives in Your Pocket® courses and have taught 100+ NHS and private physios and other professionals in the UK and worldwide, and are honoured to be the go-to hypopressives training provider for the NHS. We have identified a need for a more in-depth training course looking specifically at teaching hypopressives to those with pelvic health concerns and have therefore developed this course to share our expertise to give you a world class training in hypopressives for pelvic health.
