You’ll follow along with a brand new practice flow video every day, using our clickable PDF calendar that links straight to a new daily session on our YouTube channel.

You’ll get daily pelvic floor and core focused flows and over the 30 days you'll feel amazing improvements in pelvic floor symptoms, core strength, posture and waistline! Plus enjoy amazing support from Alice over on our YouTube channel

You’ll receive an immediate welcome email now, and your clickable calendar will arrive on 31st December!

This is a guided 30-day practice plan to help you build an amazing daily hypopressives routine that gives you measurable improvements within just a few weeks!

Each day on the calendar has a clickable link to a brand new follow-along hypopressives flow video on YouTube – recorded especially for this challenge.
 
The link for each video in January  will only go live on that day at midnight UK time.

    This confirms you'll receive a calendar on 31st December and explains everything, so you can relax knowing you’re all set

  3. Receive your clickable calendar on 31st December
    On 31st December, you’ll get an email with your PDF calendar to download 

  4. Start practising from 1st January

    • Day 1 video unlocks at midnight on 1st January

    • Day 2 video unlocks at midnight on 2nd January, and so on.
      Each date on your calendar links to that day’s brand new YouTube flow

  5. Move at your pace
    Lots of people like to do their practice first thing, but you can do the video anytime during the day
