It couldn't be easier with our clickable downloadable calendar, that takes you straight through to each flow over on our YouTube channel.

Get a daily pelvic floor or core focused flow and over the 30 days you'll start feeling improvements in pelvic floor symptoms, core strength, posture and waistline!

Thursday 29th January 7-7.40pm (UK time).

HOW TO GET SET UP AND READY FOR JANUARY!

  2. Check your emails for your clickable calendar and bonus class link
    I'll send you your calendar & class link for 29/01/26

  3. Start practising from 1st January

    • Day 0 video unlocks at 00:00 on 1st January

    • Day 1 video unlocks at 00:00 on 2nd January, and so on.
      Each date on your calendar links to that day’s brand new YouTube flow

  4. Move at your pace
    Lots of people like to do their practice first thing, but you can do the video anytime during the day (leave a couple of hours after eating!)

  5. Get chatting in the comments & join the live class with me on 29th January!
