6-hour Hypopressives Training Package for Pelvic Health Physios
"This course is changing things for patients I'm working with in the NHS.
It's meant a lot less follow-ups for patients and is really helping with our waiting lists as patients are getting better so much quicker.
It's something they can take home, the YouTube is great for home support and the results are amazing.
I wish I could call back patients I saw years ago.
This course will change your practice lives!"
Miriam Evans (Pelvic Health Physio)
Are you looking for an alternative non-surgical solution for patients with prolapse and incontinence who don't improve with Kegels?
Hypopressives have been used in urogynaecology since the 1980s in Belgium, France and Spain, and offer an exciting way to rehabilitate the pelvic floor and have been found to be equally as beneficial as pelvic floor muscle training (Navarro-Brazález et al. 2020)
More pelvic health professionals in the UK and worldwide are looking to hypopressives as an alternative, non-surgical solution for patients.
In this training, we'll be taking you through what hypopressives are and through the most up-to-date research evidence.
We'll also be discussing case study examples and how our hypopressives methodology can help some of your patients who:
-
struggle to improve with PFMT
-
have a hypertonic pelvic floor
-
have minimal PF proprioception
-
are on the waiting list for surgery
WHAT OUR TRAINING WILL GIVE YOU
A clear understanding of hypopressives, how it works and the research behind the method.
Our easy 3-Step approach to teaching the hypopressives apnoea breath (which takes minutes in clinic!)
You'll have 6 easy poses to get clients started on plus digital pose cards
A clear plan for using hypopressives with clients with pelvic organ prolapse or urinary incontinence to improve PF proprioception, symptoms and wellbeing
