
Hypopressives Refresher Session

This is especially for you if you’ve learnt hypopressives with me before (or with someone else!), got amazing results - but your practice has slipped a little.
I totally get to - life happens!
I just want to reassure you that you're not starting again from zero.
Your body has already built those pathways - they just need to be switched back on.
That’s exactly what my online Hypopressives Refresh Session tonight at 7-8pm is for.
A guided hour where we’ll:

look at your breathwork and make sure you’re doing it well
-
go through some key foundational and advanced poses together
-
use the ball & wall to support strength work + activation
-
look at your posture so you're confident your alignment is good
This will be a high-touch, small class with me - so you’ll get my personal feedback on your technique, and I'll answer any of your questions too.
So if you've been a bit slack with your practice (or dropped off completely - no judgement here!), this is your opportunity to reconnect to what worked so well for you previously, get on-top of any symptoms and get your pelvic floor and core supporting you again in daily life.
This is a brilliant way to get yourself ready before our 30 Days of Hypopressives Challenge in January if you’re thinking of joining that too.
