Hi, I'm Alice!

I'm so excited to be offering this amazing programme for women like you. I understand from personal experience what it feels like to live with prolapse and incontinence symptoms. That awful heavy feeling, the fear of coughing or sneezing unexpectedly. Hypopressives was the only thing that helped me and I experienced life changing improvements.

 

I've combined my professional knowledge as a former gynaecology nurse and expert level hypopressives training, with years of programme data collection and analysis, to develop a data-supported symptom improvement programme for women with prolapse and incontinence.

With long waiting lists for physiotherapy and surgery, many women are choosing to do our programme in the privacy and comfort of their own home, with life changing results.
