  • Will Create Lift® help me? I've tried so many different treatments!
    Most women we work with have worked with private or NHS health care professionals before they start working with us. We find that the majority of women we work with experience what they describe as life changing improvements in their prolapse or bladder symptoms.
  • How does the programme work?
    You can work with Alice or choose a Create Lift Programme coach to work with. The programme is delivered via video call or in-person for 14 weeks. The initial session is 1 hour, followed by 10 x 30 min sessions (6 hours total) at a time that suits you. If you need any support between sessions, your coach is available to help and will monitor your symptom improvements during the programme. The recommended practice time is usually 15 mins, 5 (or 6) days a week. After the programme you'll have ongoing access to the practice videos on our website, and we have 100+ free practice videos available on Alice's YouTube channel, which our clients love to use after they've finished the programme. We also give away monthly practice calendars to help you keep your practice fresh and fun. There are no ongoing fees once you've finished the 14-week programme.
  • I don't have a Create Lift Programme® coach near me - is online coaching as effective?
    We get this question a lot and it's understandable you might be feeling concerned that learning via video call might be less effective than learning in-person. But please don't worry! We work with the vast majority of women via video call and we have found the programme to be just as brilliant. It's also much easier for you than travelling to sessions.
  • What's so good about Create Lift®?
    Create Lift® is a high quality evidence-based hypopressives programme, with a large data set of outstanding results. It's taken us 5 years to get here and a huge amount of hard work, but the average improvement for women working with us with prolapse symptoms is a life changing 73%. We also see great results with diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, hypertonic pelvic floor and recurrence of symptoms following surgery. The programme is one-to-one to help you get the best results. Post programme we provide free practice videos via our YouTube channel and monthly practice calendars. This means that beyond the programme, you won't have any ongoing expenses and will have everything you need to enjoy your practice and maintain your improvements moving forwards.
  • I've already learnt hypopressives, can I still improve with Create Lift®?
    We'll need to assess your technique, but we're highly likely to be able to increase any improvements you've already experienced with hypopressives.
  • How long does it take to notice improvements?
    Most women we work with will start noticing improvements in their symptoms within the first 4 weeks, although occasionally it can take a little longer (4-8 weeks).
  • I'm not very fit - can I do the programme?
    Yes, absolutely - the programme is suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted if necessary.
