10 min QUICK HYPOPRESSIVES BOOTY WORKOUT!




It's so important to have a strong body, especially when it come to pelvic floor function. If our body is stronger, symptoms such as prolapse or incontinence are going to be better. We want our glues to be playing their part in this - so today I have a 10 minute quick hypopressives booty workout over on YouTube, (for anyone already confidence with their own practise) to strengthen your glutes (and your legs!).
