Create Lift

Create Lift is a highly supported 8 week one-to-one recovery programme.

You'll be learning Hypopressives - an amazing exercise that lifts and support your pelvic floor whilst strengthening your core. The focus of the programme is you - reducing your symptoms, so you can feel like yourself again.

This programme is also suitable for men, women and athletes looking to enhance their sports performance with hypoxic training, increase their core strength and reduce common back and pelvic floor problems associated with activities such as cycling.
