If your physiotherapist has given you an access code and recommended our videos, you're in the right place! 

Your physio will have made sure that these videos are suitable for you but please be aware that there are some contraindications to the hypopressives vacuum breath such as uncontrolled high blood pressure and pregnancy. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

We hope that these videos will be really helpful for you as you start learning hypopressives, but please take note that these videos are also accessed by yourself entirely at your own risk and are intended to be used under the supervision of your physiotherapist.

We need to check your code and then if all is well, manually set your permissions to be able to access the videos
