Have you felt alone during lockdown - with increased pelvic floor symptoms or being unable to find the support you need? Have you struggled to make progress with normal pelvic floor exercises – and feel like you’ve hit a wall in your recovery? Are you considering surgery?
I’m excited to be offering a 1 hour practical introduction to the Hypopressives technique, in a safe supportive environment.
We’ll be talking about why normal pelvic floor exercises aren't always enough, and how Hypopressives work to take your recovery up a gear.
I’ll also be sharing a few recovery stories from women I’ve worked with to get you feeling positive and inspired, and why just 10 mins a day is enough to see noticeable changes in your sense of wellbeing, symptoms, tummy tone and sex life.
You’ll have the opportunity to complete a confidential symptom screen before the session, so I can tailor the session to everybody's individual needs.
All you’ll need is zoom and an exercise mat. I'm looking forward to welcoming you to the session!
