Group class info & how to book



Thank you for your interest! These sessions are for anyone who has worked with me before and wants to refresh their  Level One technique. 

I'll also be adding in some new postures and variations.

Once you've booked, I'll send you the link for the classes - the sessions will be via zoom, so you'll just need to make sure you have the zoom app downloaded.

I'm really looking forward to working with you again!

4 x 30 min sessions over 4 weeks:
Monday 25th May 7.35 - 8.05pm
Monday 1st June 7.35 - 8.05pm
Monday 8th June 7.35 - 8.05pm
Monday 15th June 7.35- 8.05pm

Please let me know if anything has changed in your medical history since you completed the programme or if you have any medical problems which might stop you from safely taking part - these include heart problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, hernia and recent surgery.
